1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using MakeDirect.nz ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA)
We comply with the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA).
Nothing in these terms is intended to limit or exclude your rights under the CGA if you are acquiring our services for personal, domestic, or household use.
3. Manufacturing & Design Disclaimer
Make Direct provides 3D printing services based on customer-supplied digital designs (STL files).
Important Liability Notice:
We are not responsible for structural failures caused by user-designed model geometry (e.g., walls < 0.8mm, insufficient internal support, or functional designs not suited for the selected material).
While we may provide print settings recommendations (infill, supports), the ultimate responsibility for the structural integrity of the design lies with the customer.
4. Shipping & Collection
Standard and Rural shipping is available across New Zealand. Local collection is available from Bellevue, Tauranga by appointment only. Items not collected within 30 days may be recycled without refund.
5. Pricing & Payments
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST. Payment must be made in full via Stripe before manufacturing begins.
